UPWORD together is a ministry resource of the Church of the Holy Cross. It provides a connection point for those who have chosen to read through the entire bible this year. It provides a one year bible reading plan as well as a forum for interaction and discussion.
Moderated by the Reverend Chris Warner, brief commentary will be provided throughout the year. Usually this will take the form of overviews of bible books to help participants understand the big picture of a particular book of the bible.
Constructive dialog is encouraged among participants. Questions are welcomed. However, please refrain from rants and be sure to re-read your posts before publishing them. Our experience on blogs is that people often have opinions (sometimes strong) which are contrary to the opinions of others. Many times neither person is right, but they can sure sound like they are! The rule for this blog is the basic axiom of Christian theology: In essentials, unity; in non-essentials diversity; in all things charity. The Moderator reserves the right to monitor and omit postings that do not adhere to this axiom.
